Consumer rights

Right of Withdrawal

For consumers habitually resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom. This page explains your statutory withdrawal rights and how to exercise them.

Last updated: May 6, 2026

Who this applies to

These rights apply to consumers habitually resident in the EU/EEA or UK who purchase MyApplio services for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession. Business customers are excluded from statutory consumer withdrawal rights but may still be eligible for Paddle's standard refund policies.

14-day withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from a contract for the supply of digital services within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the date of your purchase).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal and proportionate charges

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested that the digital service begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. AI credits, subscription benefits, or promotional grants tied to the refunded transaction will be revoked.

You lose your right of withdrawal where the digital content is supplied and performance has been completed with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

How to send the withdrawal notice

Send your withdrawal notice by email to myapplio.com@gmail.com. Include your account email, the order or transaction ID, and the date of purchase. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice without undue delay on a durable medium.

We may ask you to provide reasonable proof of habitual residence in the EU/EEA or UK at the time of purchase (for example, a government-issued ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement). This is used solely to determine the applicable consumer protection regime and is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Consumer dispute resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on July 20, 2025. EU consumers can find current redress options, including alternative dispute resolution bodies and European Consumer Centres, through the European Commission's consumer redress resources at commission.europa.eu. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body and do not generally do so.
