Terms
These terms describe the rules for using MyApplio as a personal workspace for managing job search activity, including public sharing, billing, and AI-assisted features.

By accessing or using MyApplio, including the website, dashboard, browser extension, and any companion surfaces we make available, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You may use MyApplio only if you can enter into a binding contract where you live, or if you are otherwise authorized to use the service by a parent, guardian, or organization that is responsible for your account.
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, you are also responsible for securing that account.
MyApplio is a job search workspace for organizing the information you need to manage a search end to end.
We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
MyApplio sells access to digital software only. MyApplio is not a job board, recruiting agency, staffing agency, employment agency, or job placement service. We do not submit applications on behalf of users, contact employers on behalf of users, guarantee employment outcomes, process payments for third parties, operate a marketplace, or provide financial, legal, or immigration advice. You remain responsible for your own job applications, communications with employers, and career decisions.
You agree not to use the service to:
You keep ownership of the content you add to MyApplio, including application records, resumes, cover letters, notes, and profile information. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, back up, and display that content only as needed to run the service.
If you enable public profile or public resume sharing, you authorize us to publish the information you select through the public page. Public content may be viewed, copied, cached, or indexed by others outside our control.
Some MyApplio features use automated or AI-assisted systems to review, rewrite, import, or generate resumes, cover letters, and interview preparation materials. Those outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific application, so you should review them before relying on them.
MyApplio may offer Free, Supporter, and Pro plans. Features, limits, pricing, and credit costs may change from time to time.
EU/EEA and UK consumers
For consumers habitually resident in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, statutory withdrawal rights apply where required by law. By starting checkout and consenting at the time of purchase, you expressly request that the digital service begin immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. If you exercise your withdrawal right before the service has been fully performed, you agree we may charge a proportionate amount for the part of the service already provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, and we may revoke any AI credits, subscription benefits, or promotional grants tied to the refunded transaction. Where withdrawal rights cannot be waived or limited by law, refunds will be handled as required by applicable law and processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notice. To exercise these rights, see our withdrawal rights page.
The applicable consumer protection regime is determined by the billing information you provide at checkout. We may require reasonable proof of habitual residence (for example, a government-issued ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement) before honoring a statutory refund request, and we reserve the right to deny such requests where billing information was misrepresented to bypass tax or consumer protection rules.
MyApplio relies on third-party services for authentication, storage, payments, AI processing, and notifications. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their outages, changes, or actions.
The service, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by MyApplio and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights you are explicitly given under these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service without permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every use case. MyApplio is a tool for organizing a job search, not a substitute for professional, legal, tax, or career advice.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyApplio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MyApplio harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe that you:
We use a combination of automated systems and manual review to detect and prevent abuse. We may take enforcement action without prior notice when we reasonably believe it is needed to protect the service, other users, or third parties, or to comply with law. Enforcement action may include rate limiting, blocking individual requests, restricting features, suspending or terminating the account, and declining future service to the underlying email, payment method, device, or network.
While we investigate suspected abuse, fraud, billing disputes, or chargebacks, we may place a hold on the affected account, AI credits, refunds, or subscription benefits, and may require additional verification (for example, identity or payment ownership) before restoring access. We may revoke AI credits, promotional grants, or subscription benefits that were obtained through, or are tied to, conduct prohibited by these Terms, and we may pursue recovery of amounts charged back in bad faith.
We may preserve account data, share information with payment providers and other service providers as needed to investigate or prevent abuse, and cooperate with law enforcement and other parties as required or permitted by law.
You may delete your account through the available product controls. When deletion is performed, associated records are removed from the active workspace as part of normal operation, subject to legal retention, backups, and operational needs. If you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel it separately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will try to notify you through the service or by email. Your continued use of the service after the update becomes effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact [email protected].
