This page explains what information the product stores and how that information is used to run the workspace.

What data is collected

The service stores the information you add to your workspace, including applications, companies, people, events, links, notes, and account profile details. Sign-in also uses basic account information provided through Google OAuth.

How data is used

Your data is used to operate core product features such as dashboards, application tracking, people and company relationships, event scheduling, notes, links, filtering, and account management.

Storage and infrastructure

MyApplio currently uses third-party authentication and database infrastructure to operate the service. Data is processed and stored only as needed to deliver the app.

Sharing

Workspace data is not sold. Data may be processed by infrastructure providers that are required to run the product, but it is not shared for advertising purposes.

Retention and deletion

Data remains in the service until you delete it, remove your account, or it is removed through normal operational cleanup. When deletion controls exist in the product, they are intended to remove the related active records from your workspace.

Your choices

You can edit or delete many records directly in the product, and you can choose whether to continue using the service at any time. If you do not want certain information stored, do not add it to the workspace.
